    Information regarding search and rescue, disaster response, humanitarian aid, debris clearing, training, resilience, recovery, and other activities describes the Foundation's mission and developing capabilities.

    The Foundation does not represent that every service, capability, training program, or operational resource described on this website is available in every location or at all times.

    Operational activities may be conducted independently or in coordination with governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, churches, educational institutions, community organizations, and other partners.

    Participation in any activity is subject to applicable requirements, training, authorization, safety considerations, and organizational policies.

    4. DONATIONS & TAX STATUS

    Above The Storm Foundation is currently establishing its financial infrastructure and pursuing federal recognition under Section 501(c)(3).

    Until federal tax-exempt status is formally recognized, we do not represent that contributions made directly to Above The Storm Foundation are tax-deductible.

    Where contributions are processed through an established fiscal sponsor, the tax treatment of those contributions is determined by the fiscal sponsor and applicable law.

    Donors should retain their transaction records and consult their own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

    The Foundation will provide additional information regarding its tax status as that process develops.

    5. FISCAL SPONSORSHIP

    During the Foundation's development and pending tax-exempt status, certain financial activities may be conducted through an established fiscal sponsor.

    Spearhead Church currently serves as a fiscal sponsor for designated Foundation activities as agreed upon between the organizations.

    When a contribution is made through a fiscal sponsor, the fiscal sponsor's policies, procedures, and legal requirements governing that contribution apply.

    6. PRIVACY

    We respect the privacy of individuals who visit our website, contact our organization, volunteer, support our mission, or otherwise interact with us.

    We collect only information reasonably necessary to communicate with individuals, respond to inquiries, coordinate organizational activities, process support requests, and operate the website.
